See your project before you build it.

Tell us what you want to build or change. We explore design options with AI, then refine them with you into clear drawings, 3D views and a practical plan for budget and schedule.

For homeowners, landlords, property investors, small developers and contractors who want to see the options clearly and plan the next steps.

The Jersey City residential study pulled apart floor by floor: roof equipment at the top, five apartment floors with furniture, the ground-floor lobby and the basement with parked cars.
Jersey City residential study, separated floor by floor. A concept from our portfolio, not a built project. Labels: roof equipment and services; five two-bedroom homes, one per floor; ground floor with lobby, car lift and bike storage; basement parking concept for four cars.

What we can help you create

Start with a sketch, a photo, a listing or just an idea. We help you see the options and organize what it will take to build.

  • 2D layouts and drafting support
  • 3D models and visualizations
  • Housing concepts
  • Interior concepts
  • Bathroom redesigns

What you receive

Floor plans, layout options and 3D views you can compare, share with family or partners, and take to your builder.

Renovation and improvement

Updating, repairing or rethinking a building you already have.

  • Reconstruction and restoration planning
  • Roofing concepts
  • Solar layout and design concepts
  • Related construction planning

Budget and delivery planning

Understanding what a project involves before you start spending.

  • Preliminary cost estimates
  • Material quantities
  • Manpower planning
  • Schedules and sequencing
  • Sensible ways to reduce cost

What you receive

An organized estimate, quantities and schedule with every assumption written down, ready to compare with contractor quotes.

Coordination and management

Keeping the project organized once work begins.

  • Remote coordination and project tracking
  • On-site coordination where scope, location and availability are agreed

What you receive

Regular progress updates, an up-to-date list of next steps and one point of contact for questions.

On-site work depends on where the project is and is confirmed in your quote.

A note on scope

Our work covers concepts, visualizations, drafting support and planning. It isn’t a substitute for stamped drawings or engineering. Before you apply for permits or start construction, have your project reviewed by the licensed professionals it requires, such as an architect, engineer or licensed contractor. We’ll tell you where that applies.

How we work with you

Four steps from your first message to a reviewed deliverable.

  1. Step 1

    Understand your brief

We start by listening: what you want, the site, your style, budget, timeline and any constraints. Photos, sketches or existing drawings help, but you don’t need them to begin.

  2. Step 2

    Explore options

We use AI design tools to study a range of directions, from layouts to finishes. A person directs every study and decides which ideas are worth developing for you.

  3. Step 3

    Review and revise

We walk you through the options, explain the trade-offs and refine the design against the brief we agreed. You decide what changes.

  4. Step 4

    Deliver and coordinate

You receive the agreed drawings, models or plans, with the assumptions written down and clear next steps, including which professionals to involve.

Scope, the number of revision rounds, fees and turnaround are agreed in your quote before work starts.

Construction experience with a technology background

Fieldstone Meridian is a new company based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Our founders bring construction experience together with graduate-level study in technology and information systems.

We use AI because it lets us explore more ideas for you, more efficiently. It doesn’t replace the conversation. You talk with the people working on your project, and a person reviews every deliverable before it reaches you.

We work remotely with clients in many places and on site where the location, scope and availability are agreed.

Questions people ask before they start

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us at fieldstonemeridian@gmail.com.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short description of what you want to build or change and where it is (city and state is enough). Photos, sketches, listings or existing drawings are helpful, and you can send them after we reply. Budget and timeline help us suggest the right scope, but they’re optional at first.

What will I actually receive?

It depends on your project and what we agree in the quote. Typical deliverables include 2D layouts, 3D models or views, renovation concepts, a preliminary estimate, material quantities, a schedule or a coordination plan. Each one lists the assumptions it’s based on.

How many revisions are included?

The number of revision rounds is set in your quote, so you know before we start. When you ask for a change, we’ll explain what else it affects.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. We agree a delivery timeline with you in the quote, before any work begins.

How accurate are your cost estimates?

Our estimates are preliminary. They help you plan, set a budget and compare options, but they rest on stated assumptions and aren’t contractor bids. Final costs depend on site conditions, prices at the time and the contractors you hire.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most of our work happens by email and video call, so we can help with projects in many places. On-site coordination is possible where the location, scope and availability are agreed.

Can I use your drawings to get a permit or start building?

Not on their own. Concept and planning work needs review by the licensed professionals your project and location require, such as an architect, engineer or licensed contractor, who may also need to prepare or stamp the final documents before permitting or construction. We’ll tell you where that applies.

How do you use AI, and who checks the work?

AI helps us generate and compare design options efficiently. People on our team set the direction, check every result against your brief and make the final calls. You won’t be handed raw AI output.

What does it cost?

Every project is different, so we quote once we understand your scope. The quote lists the deliverables, revision rounds, fee and delivery timeline.

Tell us about your project

Your ideas, developed with care.

Share a few details and we’ll reply by email to talk through the scope. If it’s a good fit, we’ll send a quote with the deliverables, timeline and fee.

Helpful to include

  • What you want to build or change, and what matters most to you
  • Where the project is: city and state, no street address needed
  • Anything you already have, like photos, sketches or drawings. You can send files after we reply.
