Privacy notice
Who we are
This website is run by Fieldstone Meridian LLC, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Questions about this notice or your information can go to fieldstonemeridian@gmail.com.
When you use the quote form
The form asks for your name, email address, project type, project location (city and state), a description of your project and, if you choose, an approximate budget and timeline.
When you press “Prepare email inquiry”, the website turns your answers into a draft email in your own email app. Nothing is sent or stored by the website: your details only reach us if you send that email yourself. It then arrives in our inbox at fieldstonemeridian@gmail.com, which is hosted by Google (Gmail).
When you email us
We receive whatever you include in your message and any files you attach, in our Gmail inbox.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project
- To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work
- To keep a record of our correspondence
We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies, analytics and other tracking
This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts, images and the interactive 3D model are served from this website, so viewing pages doesn’t send requests to other companies.
Like most hosts, Netlify processes standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond, to carry out any work you ask for, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by writing to fieldstonemeridian@gmail.com.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the website works, for example by adding analytics, we’ll update this page and the date above.
