What the study shows
Stills taken from the interactive model. Each of these views can be reached in 3D with the model’s own controls.
Floor by floor
Basement parking, ground-floor lobby, five homes and roof equipment, separated so each level can be read on its own.
Two-bedroom floor plan
Living and dining face the street and both bedrooms face the rear yard. Two stairs, an elevator and stacked bathrooms sit in the middle of the plan.
Inside a home
Walls cut low to show the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and furniture in each room.
Structure and services
Columns, beams, water, drainage, electrical and sprinkler layers switched on to show how systems stack between floors.
Basement parking concept
A car lift serving a four-pallet automated parking concept. Capacity and equipment would depend on a supplier’s design.
In the interactive model
- Every floor in 3D, from basement parking to roof equipment
- Walls that can be cut away to see furniture and room layouts
- Structure, water, drainage, electrical and sprinkler layers you can switch on and off
- Floors pulled apart to show how the building stacks
What a concept study doesn’t establish
This is a concept for discussion. Zoning, height, setbacks, structure, fire safety, the parking equipment and building services have not been verified or engineered. Taking it further would need a site survey and review by licensed professionals.
A model like this helps you test what fits, compare layouts and talk about cost before anyone commits to detailed design.
